The process consists of a few simple stages;

Pre-Event Stages

Stage 1: Comprehensive venue signal testing to check for the best data provider (Vodafone / EE / O2). We’ll also liaise with the venue about their wireless network.

Stage 2: Client supplies ad copy for ‘in app’ messages (if this additional cost feature is required).

Stage 3: Client submits a list of players names, handicaps and groupings to us, on our standardised spreadsheet, no later than 24 hours before the event begins.

Stage 4: Leaderboard link generated, to be sent to guests prior to the event (so that colleague can monitor their performance on the day).

Stage 5: Starting Sheets, Backup Scorecards (with client logo) and Buggy Signs printed prior to event.
