Our service enables the client to focus entirely on guests, be they colleagues, patrons, customers or prospects. You can do this safe in the knowledge that our experienced and well trained staff (all of whom are very good golfers) are entirely responsible for the ‘competitive’ element of the event.
Our team arrive very early and aim to be completely ready before the first guest (and often the client) walks through the clubhouse door. Once guests have arrived and are enjoying their refreshments, staff will undertake a series of short demonstrations around the clubhouse, to show players how the system works. Devices are then distributed, together with an instruction sheet and a backup scorecard (printed with the clients logo).
A scrolling leaderboard is set up in the clubhouse, on one of our 50″ monitors and once play has started the system and incoming scores are closely observed to ensure each group is operating their device correctly. If a problem is identified then one of our team will find the relevant group on the course and resolve it quickly.
A full set of printed results and prize winners will be ready within ten minutes of the last device being returned to a member of our staff.
